About Me

I’m a Wisconsin girl, born and raised in Appleton, WI. I graduated from University of Wisconsin Madison, and am currently pursuing a Master in Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.

I love public health, and being a public health student–I am so happy to be a part of this field, and can’t wait to start working to help address local, national and global health issues.

Things I love [in no particular order]: piano, singing, reading, writing, violin, 30 Rock, Arrested Development, television in general, classical music, karaoke, cheese, traveling, reading and learning about policy, The West Wing, making people laugh, sleeping, spelling things the British way, etc.

Things I hate [in no particular order]: networking, racism, belligerence, centipedes, backdoor brags, superiority complexes, stupidity, out of tune things, reality tv

  1. Centipedes are the worst thing ever. They are worse than networking.
